As the Director of Quality and Integrity, Rich is responsible for performing HERS ratings, diagnostic investigations for new and existing homes, existing home audits and mentoring and supervising technical analysts at MaGrann.

Favorite Part of the Job: Teaching what I have learned to others and supporting teams throughout the company.

Rich holds a degree from Mercer County Community College and the following certifications: HERS Rater, HERS QAD, LEED Rater, OSHA Compliancy Officer
