Design and implement electrical systems for various residential (Multi-family/mixed-use) projects, working closely with our internal mechanical and plumbing engineering disciplines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Will work with single family and multifamily building projects from the design through construction stages.

Responsible for the preparation of contract plans and specifications, often for several projects simultaneously. Encompasses advanced calculations, systems analysis, quality control of finished projects, and field/construction coordination activities.

Focus on developing commissioning services and processes for New Construction, as well as some Existing Multifamily Projects.

Play a pivotal role in overseeing technical staff engaged in a diverse range of multifamily building projects, including all services required for Passive House (Phius), ENERGY STAR, Zero Energy Ready Home, Enterprise Green Communities, LEED Multifamily, NGBS, and Home Energy Ratings (HERS).

Focus on developing commissioning processes for Existing Multifamily Projects.

Provide detailed mechanical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design.

Provide electrical design services on a variety of multifamily residential, mixed use and commercial building projects (both new construction and existing building retrofit).
